YOUTH PROJECT FOR WORLD AIDS DAY; 1 DEC 2007
For those interested in a powerful art/witness experience, please
consider mobilizing your church's youth group to participate in this
project, in conjunction with the annual "Medicine Wheel Project" held
annually for the last seventeen years at the Cyclorama in Boston's
South End. This year, 20,000 youth and young people will carry water to
the Boston Center for the Arts, as a symbol of the annual rate of new
infections in this country alone. The project, directed by Michael
Dowling, is a powerful presentation of hope and lament around this
health crisis. For further information, contact him at: michael.mw@verizon.net.
