AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY - ACT

Australian Capital Territory is the youngest of the Australian States and Territory legislatures. Spectacular green countryside is ringed by mountains. Lake Burley-Griffin, an artificial lake, is the main feature of this constantly expanding modern capital.

The city of Canberra within the ACT is the National Capital of Australia. The Federal Parliament is located in Canberra and Parliament House. As the Australian's capital, the city is home to embassies, galleries, theatres, museums, fine restaurants, shopping, hotels, night clubs and of course the Australian Federal Parliament.
