Mr N R Cussen from Deloitte was appointed as Administrator of Alpha Beta Colleges Pty Limited on 15 January 2007. At a meeting of creditors on 8 February 2007 the Company was subsequently placed into Liquidation, with Mr Cussen appointed as Liquidator.
